Staff is more suited for a Denier or Curser, and Trap pairs horribly with his outdated Life stat. His Relic slots, in addition, are terrible. CDA, Stamina Draining, doesn't really matter. His high cooldowns and stamina costs, combined with his abmysal Trait, mean that any good Denier can easily render him useless. He'll deal a pathetic amount of damage due to his terrible Power stat, and won't be able to live long in actually somewhat competitive PvP due to his Health and Speed. Firstly, seeing as he was released during the beginning of the game, his stats have aged terribly. There's a reason why he's included in breeding combos, and that's so that he actually has a use outside Silver II. However, there's nothing else going for him.
In addition, he can apply Metal Weakness to increase his damage output. He has access to Stun as an attacker, and still has pretty high damaging moves.
Nowadays, there's not much going for Ultrabot, honestly. However, time has gone on, and he's dropped a lot. He was so broken that he was put into rank. He could use his high-damaging attacks to demolish everything in his way. When he was released, he was REALLY, REALLY BROKEN.
